Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles in private, public, private equity, and not-for-profit entities. Sydney Cleavinger- Regulatory & Compliance, Consultant
Sydney Cleavinger is a recent graduate of the University of Missouri, where she excelled academically and received her Bachelor's degree in Health Science with an emphasis in Leadership & Policy. During her time at Mizzou, Sydney focused on studying and analyzing policies and prevention plans for public health specifically in the Midwestern United States. Her goal was to contribute to the development of effective strategies to improve public health outcomes in the region.
In addition to her studies, Sydney had the opportunity to gain international experience in healthcare management in Nicosia, Cyprus. During her time there, she worked at a children's shelter, where she played a vital role in teaching mental health exercises to the children. These exercises aimed to prepare the children for life after their discharge from the shelter, equipping them with valuable skills and coping mechanisms. Sydney also worked in the shelter's HR department, where she helped coordinate schedules and visits for the children, ensuring a smooth operation of services.
Now, Sydney's primary role is to support Agility Clients in a regulatory and compliance capacity. Her responsibilities include ensuring survey readiness, implementing Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, and leading market feasibility studies as well as supply and demand analysis. Sydney brings her knowledge and expertise in policy, prevention, and healthcare management to provide valuable support to Agility Clients in meeting regulatory requirements and optimizing their operations.
Shannon Stevens -Advisory Services
Shannon has been a great addition to Team Agility, where she initially led senior care placement services through My Care Finders of Tampa Bay. With an impressive background in the industry, Shannon has held positions as an assisted living Executive Director and a District Director for prominent healthcare providers such as Brookdale Senior Living, Enlivant, and Holiday Senior Living. Her extensive experience has allowed her to gain valuable insights and expertise in senior care management.
Shannon's passion for serving the elderly began during her childhood in rural Western New York. Growing up with elderly neighbors, she developed meaningful friendships and relationships that sparked her interest in senior care. At the age of 16, Shannon started her career as a dietary aide in a nursing home, and since then, her dedication to serving the elderly has remained unwavering.
